It’s thrilling to say that our customers love our designs and tailor-made merchandise, and many return to our store time and time again. We've been recommended by friends and friends of friends and have built a loyal following since we opened in 2017.
2022, we opened our flagship store in i12 Katong, to meet and greet customers. Mothers share their concerns with us, and children inspire us with their self-reflection. Many parents have been so supportive and often pop by just to say hello and offer their positive feedback. We are humbled and grateful for their kindness. We learn a lot from our customers, and after 7 years, we know what kids and moms want and need.
Our store always has something to offer, and we're thrilled that we can touch so many hearts. At times, it seems that we appeal to customers with similar styles, principles, and habits. We're not heavily active on social media, and neither are most of our regular customers. We value face-to-face interactions and are happy that our customers are all in for our art and craft, brain games, and everything else we suggest. Some even travel long distances to visit us monthly.
We're incredibly appreciative of our customers' support, and we wouldn't be where we are today without them. We're constantly striving to live up to our standards and charm, and we're dedicated to providing the best experience possible.
