Exchange and Return


While we do our best to provide you with the production description, shopping for children is always tough.

To help you making decision easier, we hereby offer the 15-day free exchange/ refund policy:

  • Upon your confirmation of either exchange or refund, we will be happy sending over the replacement, refund in store credits or refund in certain cases.
  • All returned items must be in original sale condition: unused, unwashed and unworn with labels intact.
  • Simply drop as an email at order@anaisan.com within 15 days upon date of purchase so we can assist you with the exchange/ return and/or any other concern.
  • Your replacement item/store credits will be sent to you within 3-5 business days upon acceptance of the returned package. Any refund will be available within 2 weeks.

As products are stored at one place altogether, any used, soiled item will compromise the hygiene quality of our stocks and would not be their best when presented to the next child. We would not want it to happen, neither will you.

Therefore, we are unable to accept items that do not meet those basic returning requirements.

We also reserve the right to refuse an exchange should a returned product has been damaged by the customer due to lack of care.
